  1. The point is inside the Molo Beverello terminal building, the same building as the hydrofoil ticket desks.
  2. Follow the blue "Deposito bagagli · Luggage room service" signs with the arrows: they point to the locker wall.
  3. Look for the wall of blue lockers with the touch-screen kiosk and the Europe Rent WiFi desk beside it.

What happens to your bag here

Your bag goes into one of 120 lockers, in different sizes, and a Europe Rent WiFi attendant is at the point for the whole opening time, 9:00 to 20:00, to help you and to hand you a receipt. The terminal is filmed and has its own security staff. Outside opening hours the lockers stay closed, so plan your collection before 20:00.

This is the one point of ours where you use a locker yourself: in Florence and Capri a person takes your bag at the counter.

Prices are per bag: €6.90 a day for a small one, €9.90 for a large one, with cheaper brackets for stays under one and under three hours. Full price list.

Before you come

Can I leave my bags here and take the hydrofoil to Capri?

Yes, that is what the point is for. The lockers are inside the Molo Beverello terminal, about four minutes on foot from the hydrofoil pier, so you board with a day bag and collect on the way back. If you would rather keep your luggage with you, our Capri shop stores it on the island.

Are you close to the cruise terminal?

The Stazione Marittima cruise terminal is about 470 metres away, six minutes on foot along the port. Walk off the ship, leave your bags in a locker and head into the city with your hands free. Castel Nuovo and the Municipio metro station are both within a ten-minute walk of the lockers.

Until what time can I collect if my ship or ferry leaves in the evening?

The point is open from 9:00 to 20:00 every day, and our attendant is there for the whole time. After 20:00 the lockers stay closed until the next morning: there is no night access. If you sail in the evening, collect your bags before 20:00 and keep them with you for the last stretch.

Do you take oversize luggage or pushchairs in Naples?

The lockers come in different sizes and there are 120 of them, so a normal suitcase or rucksack fits. Skis, bicycles, pushchairs and anything that does not fit a locker door are not on the price list: call the point before you come and the attendant will tell you honestly whether there is room.
