How the deposit works

When you collect the device, €59.00 is blocked on your card. It is an authorisation, not a payment: on a debit card the amount is set aside until then. We release it when you bring the device back, and we only charge it if the device doesn’t come back.

How to rent one

Come to one of our shops during opening hours, 9:00 to 20:00 every day, and ask at the counter. Online booking for the pocket wifi is not available on this site yet, so the counter is the way to get one.

Data is unlimited, on 4G and 5G. For anything else about the device, call the shop before you come — we will tell you before you pay, not after.
