How the brackets work
There are three brackets (up to one hour, up to three hours, and a full day), and you are always charged the cheapest one that covers your stay. You do not choose it, and you cannot get it wrong: the calculation happens when you book and again when you collect.
Past three hours the price stops climbing by the hour and becomes a day. This is deliberate: hourly pricing that keeps accumulating is how a short delay turns into a bill nobody expected.

The three-hour bracket costs less than a full day.
What is included
- A receipt for every drop-off.
- In Florence and Capri, a numbered locker in our own shop, locked and unlocked by our staff; at Naples port, a locker with our attendant beside it.
- Staff on site for the whole opening time, 9–20 every day.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before drop-off.
- No fee for paying by card, and no charge for booking online.
What costs extra
Collecting after closing time is not possible: the shop is staffed, so there is nobody to hand the bag back. If you are running late, call the shop: the number is on your confirmation, and we would rather rearrange than leave you without your luggage.
If you collect later than you booked, the extra time is charged at the normal price list above, as if you had booked it, and paid at the counter. Nothing is doubled and no penalty is added.
