How do I choose?
- Dropping off before 9:00 or collecting after 20:00: the station desk opens 07:00–21:00, and some app partners have longer hours. We cannot hand a bag back after 20:00.
- Want to know the exact address and who will hold the bag before paying: with an app the place depends on the partner you pick; with us it is one of two shops, shown with photos before you pay.
- Comparing prices: look at the total for your bags and days, fees included. “From” prices on app pages are the lowest in the city, not the price of every partner.
- Carrying something valuable: read the cover of each option, because amounts and conditions differ, and keep cash, jewellery and passports with you anyway.
- Plans that might change: cancellation rules range from a full refund up to 1 hour before, to 24 hours before, to a partial refund or a coupon.
